To Whom It May Concern:
On Monday, November 16, 2009, employees from our USDA office locked their car keys inside
our government vehicle. I called Miracle Towing and Recovery in MacClenny and spoke with
Junior. He was very polite, helpful, and quickly dispatched a driver to their location. After the
keys were retrieved, a payment of $35.00 was charged. For some reason, our GSA credit card
would not process the transaction. The employee from Miracle Towing and Recovery was very
accommodating in that even though the bill was not paid, he allowed our employees to
continue with their travel plans with the assurance we would pay the bill. The action of this
employee really assisted our employees in an emergency situation.
The bill has now been paid; yet I couldn't help but take a few minutes to express my
appreciation for the exceptional service that was rendered to our office in a time of crisis by
Miracle Towing and Recovery. First, Junior who answered the phone was extremely
professional and diligent in pursuing great customer service to an out-of-town client. Even
after the mix-up with our government credit card, Junior and the driver trusted our office that
payment would be received. It's not everyday people are that trusting and considerate of
others in a “awkward" situation. Secondly, our employees stated that the driver was very
efficient in retrieving the keys so they could continue with their travel plans. I just want to let
you know that you were truly a “Miracle Towing” company to us and we really appreciate the
customer service you gave us that day. In closing, I would encourage anyone needing an
“excellent” towing company to give you a call.
